Job Description


Role and Responsibilities:- Sales Center- Responsible for overseeing and managing complete operations of sales center and call center. On-boarding & training of sales center agents/team leaders and driving productivity. Effective handling and managing lead funnel from various inbound and outbound sources. Effective churn management of leads from all sources. Delivering targeted appointment to landings at the clinics. Monitoring automated patient journeys and make improvements basis insights. Publishing source wise performance of all sources with insights to marketing for course correction. Employee retention and grooming. Service Center- Ensuring patient connect and follow-up as per defined SLAs. Manage patient escalation along with consulting doctor. Drive & deliver targeted repeat order sales for CHC & OL. Patient grievance management and resolution. Patient feedback and insights. VC/TC Drive VC /TC operations and sale through sales center with specialized focus. Deliver on lead to consultation targets. Drive medicinal conversion for consulted patients. Requirements:- MBA/Commerce graduate with12-15 years of experience with BPO/Call center in sales process. Experience in health care/wellness/dealing with medical professionals will be an added advantage. Should have handled inbound, outbound and chat sale processes. Should be willing to work in a start up environment.
