Head of Sales & MarketingSummary: We are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The head of sales and marketing responsibilities include generating unique sales plans; creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature; developing pricing strategies; and meet the targets. The head of sales and marketing should represent the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.Responsibilities:

  • Build plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objective.
  • Responsible for increasing company revenue and achieving sales target.
  • Focus on upselling and cross selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and foster partnerships with hospitals & doctors.
  • Build strong and long-lasting customer relationship.
  • Prepare forecast and KPI for authorities, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Understand category specific landscapes and trend.
  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
  • Develop structured advertising campaign to increase brand recognition.
  • Social media strategy and implementation.
  • Manage all sales and marketing activities & business development.
  • Directs communication strategies and creative execution for all the advertising and PR.
  • Analyze the market & competitor data.
  • Design new business processes and customized solutions.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 or more years' experience in sales and marketing with experience in sales management.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for sales department.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
