Job Description

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive demand and growth
Sales Execution
  • Drive achievement of sales targets across regions and channels
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and CRM usage
  • Oversee key account management and strategic customer relationships
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, and closure of large / strategic deals
Team Management
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures
  • Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture
Market & Customer Focus
  • Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and leadership teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings
Candidate should come with team managemnet experienceThis role is based out of Hyderabad
  • Strong India B2B SaaS sales experience with people managemnet experience for the last 3 years
  • 10-15 years of overall experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience in building and scaling sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Open to Hyderabad as a location
