Sales Execution
Drive achievement of sales targets across regions and channels
Establish and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and CRM usage
Oversee key account management and strategic customer relationships
Lead pricing, negotiation, and closure of large / strategic deals
Team Management
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
Set clear performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures
Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture
Market & Customer Focus
Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and leadership teams
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings

Strong India B2B SaaS sales experience with people managemnet experience for the last 3 years
10-15 years of overall experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong experience in building and scaling sales teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
