HIRING:

Head of Sales(Female)

- Tapasvi Mandala Membership | Gurugram Office

We are looking for an experienced and emotionally intelligent sales leader to head the Royal Founder Membership Sales



Location: Gurugram (Head Office Sales)

Industry: Luxury wellness, resort memberships, spiritual communities, luxury hospitality, curated travel, or high-end coaching spaces



Target Market: HNIs, wellness seekers, families interested in conscious living - mainly from Delhi NCR



Experience: 7-12 years in premium direct sales, wellness memberships, or HNI client handling

Key Skills & Qualities

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Skilled in storytelling and trust-based selling

Established network in the Delhi NCR market

Ability to lead events, consultations, and high-value client engagements

Background in hospitality, wellness, yoga & fitness, nutrition, or psychology is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
