Our Old Company Geeta Engineering Corporation has been doing wholesale business in the agriculture sector all over India since 1981 and exporting hardware products to 12 countries. The product range offered by us is inclusive of agro, force, and energy divisions. Under the supervision of business manager, Mr. Varun Patel, we have been able to cater to a huge clientele across the globe. Backed with the experience and knowledge of our managers, we have been able to cater to a huge clientele across the globe. Role Description 1) This is a full-time Gujrat sales and marketing work in Gujrat for a Sales and business development head. 2) The Sales head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales goals and targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. 3) The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to the team and senior management. 4) The Sales Manager will also be responsible for, organizing and attending events and trade shows, preparing sales reports, brand development and handling the sales team. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role Strong leadership and management skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights Self-motivated and goal-oriented Bachelor\'s/ MBA degree in business administration or related field. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
