Job Description


  • Attend daily accountability meetings on quality and safety.
  • Following safety procedures and regulations PPE.
  • Conduct Daily inspection monitoring quality and safety activities.
  • Monitor daily hazard observation cards.
  • Responsible for Company\'s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, ISO45001-2018 & API Q1 Verified etc.
  • Conduct weekly update safety monitoring checklist, safety rail plan, safety training program, toolbox talk and IMS-API Implementation Plan for Certification Bodies.
  • Submit Monthly HSE Report, Summary Report (LTA, BMP, & HE Award), Cost of Quality Report, Training Calendar, and Rail Corrective Action Plan.
  • Communicate with the customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies.
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure that individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skis and performance results.
  • Coordinate necessary plant personnel for the internal/External, customer, supplier, and third-party quality system audits.
  • Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
  • Manage Occupational Safety and Health Act Requirements Including but not limited to, Log including HE 14001 & 45001, Safety and Health Plans, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Fire Extinguisher Inspections, Industrial Hygiene Surveys, Hazard Communication Program.
  • Coordinate and direct all safety, health, and environmental affairs for the Suhail Facility including but not limited to: All Environmental Permits, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, New Employee Safety Orientation, Suhail HSRE Requirements including training, reporting, and metric development, Workers\' Compensation, Safety Committee, Emergency Response Team, First aid and safety supplies, Employee testing (Respirators, Drug Screens, etc.)
  • Conduct accident investigations and corrective actions, self-audits, and internal inspections, Represent the Company with regulatory agencies as well as develop and submit required regulatory reports, and develop innovative strategies and programs for improving safety awareness and overall safety culture, Leading the coordination and administration of the facility\'s safety, health, and environmental program.
  • Work with site management and departments to maintain a safe work environment; Ensuring ISO compliance; Knowledge of federal and state regulations and procedures; Promoting the company\'s safety policy and safety rules at the site level; Experience conducting accident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
  • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
  • Understand customer expectations of and needs from a product.
  • Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met.

  • Record findings and relay this information to the production team.
  • Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing.
  • Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.
  • Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Top management team to set quality benchmarks.
  • Eliminate products that are not up to standard and find the reasons for product problems.
  • Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
  • Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
  • Develop and initiate methods to qualify, certify and maintain domestic or low-cost region suppliers in accordance with ISO/API standards.
  • Responsible for developing and managing the Management Review Board meeting.
  • Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints with Top Management.
