PYP Head needed in an IB School in Hyderabad.
(Immediate Joining)
Qualification - Graduate / PG and IB certification
Experience - 2 years of experience as PYP Coordinator
7 to 8 years of experience as PYP teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the PYP section, ensuring it aligns with the schools overall educational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to PYP teachers, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for young children.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of PYP teachers, providing feedback and support to enhance their teaching skills.
- Monitor student progress and ensure appropriate assessment methods are in place to track their development.
- Collaborate with parents, building strong partnerships to support childrens learning and development.
- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for PYP students, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and learning aids required for PYP education.
- Plan and organize school events and activities for the PYP section, fostering a sense of community and engagement among students, parents, and staff.
