JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview: We\'re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead and drive all our marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, boosting enrollments, and helping usachieve our business goals. This role will report directly to the CEO and manage a dedicated marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Craft and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, student enrollments, and revenue. Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment. Supervise the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns. Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to ensure that marketing content aligns with our course offerings and student needs. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders. Embrace data-driven decision-making, using analytics to continually optimize campaign performance. Manage public relations and external communications efforts to maintain a positive brand image. Track and report key performance metrics to the executive team, showcasing the impact of our marketing efforts . Qualifications: A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. A master\'s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with a proven track record in leadership roles within marketing, in the Edtech or education sector. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of strong relationships both internally and externally. A creative mindset and innovative approach to stay ahead in the dynamic Edtech industry. Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve measurable results.
