Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Oversee all marketing initiatives including brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, content, PR, and events.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of marketers to drive creativity, accountability, and performance.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across go-to-market strategies.
Establish KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and marketing ROI to executive leadership.
Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Leverage data and analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify and manage key agency and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and brand development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience in [industry: e.g., tech, SaaS, retail, FMCG, etc.] is a strong plus.
