Website: www.hiddenbrains.com Experience: 8 to 15 Years Job Location: Ahmedabad ( WFO Only) Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Responsible for the planning, development and management of large integrated marketing programs, Brand Management, Digital Demand & lead Gen Programs, GTM Strategy, CXO and Senior Thought leadership, Partner Event planning & Management, Social Media and ABM Campaigns, including strategic planning, KPI goals, budget management, execution, and ROI tracking. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and marketing analysts. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure team members are motivated and productive. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth. Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all channels and materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to enhance brand equity and recognition. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other relevant content to educate and engage the target audience. Demand & Lead Generation: Develop the strategy for account-based marketing and managing Digital marketing programs that drives Demand generation & Lead Generation programs. Drive lead generation initiatives to support sales efforts, including identifying target markets, creating lead funnels, and optimizing lead conversion strategies. Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and establish partnerships and alliances with industry influencers, complementary businesses, and relevant organizations to expand the company\'s reach and credibility. Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company\'s services and generate leads. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing activities\' effectiveness to the senior management team. Compliance: Ensure that all marketing efforts comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track ROI for marketing campaigns and activities. Product GTM strategy, revenue, planning and budgeting, GTM planning and execution. Plays a pivotal role in driving the company\'s growth and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to achieve marketing and business objectives successfully.
