Roles and Responsibilities An exciting opportunity for a Procurement Leader who would be responsible for
managing procurement of all IT devices and services including Hardware, Licenses,
Professional Services and Resourcing
Oversight on vendor management, management of outsourcing and contract
management
Partnering with businesses and supporting functions to enable them to get the most
optimum procurement terms
Improving the Business Process and Cost Reduction
Conducting research for procuring the best services/ products in line with the budgets
provided by networking with people
Influencing and negotiating the contract terms and ensuring compliance to Company\'s
Policy
Ensuring proper control and compliance which processing of requests in line with the
agreed SOPs and terms
Building a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost by assessing, evaluating, and
analyzing the spend and creating alternatives ways of procuring
Tracking and analyzing data on spending and saving by improving efficiency and
managing audit for procurement function

Conducting all business with the highest ethical and professional standards


Job Requirements:


Strong academic credentials, with a CA / MBA from a reputed institute
10-12 years of experience in leading Procurement from Banking or Financial services
Deep understanding of Technology
Location Mumbai only
Hands-on experience in procurement process and ability to read the market - Strong
negotiations and influencing skills and prior networking with the partner/vendor firms -
Strong decision-making ability and working with numbers
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and to meet deadlines in challenging
