Job Description

The Head of Investor Relations will lead and manage all aspects of communication with investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with the organisation's financial goals. This role in the private equity backed real estate sector is based in Mumbai and requires a strong understanding of finance and stakeholder management.

• Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts.
• Oversee the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.

A successful Head of Investor Relations should have:

• CA/MBA with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
