The Head of Human Resources will lead the following HR functions, focusing on talent management, talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B and strategic HR initiatives to support business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to drive impactful HR strategies with a GCC in Ahmedabad.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Foster a strong working relationship with the office
• Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Design and implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.

A successful Head of Human Resources should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices with GCCsGCCs or shared services setups
• Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
