Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals and vision for sustainable growth.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
• Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall engagement in alignment with the companys wellness ethos.
• Training & Development: Design and implement programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• HR Operations: Oversee payroll, compliance, and other administrative HR processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to local laws.
• Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems to identify and reward high-performing individuals and teams.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive work environment that respects and celebrates cultural and personal diversity.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and industry trends.
• Passion for wellness and alignment with Ayurvedic values is a plus.
