Lead and scale end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance across the organization. Act as a strategic business partner driving financial insights, process transformation, and performance improvement.

• Manage the overall financial strategy and operations of the organization.
• Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Charted Accountant
• Strong controllership fundamentals (GL, close, recons, BS & P&L ownership)
• FP&A capability (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Clear impact metrics (?/$ savings, % improvements, scale handled)
• ERP & digital finance exposure (SAP S/4, Blackline, Dynamics, RPA)
• Audit & compliance strength (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS, SOX, GST/TDS)
• Process transformation experience (close acceleration, standardization)
• Shared Services / Global operations exposure (if MNC/GCC role)
• Stakeholder management at CXO/Board level
• Cash flow & working capital ownership
• Team leadership (10+ team size, multi-location preferred)
• Vendor / BPO governance (SLAs, KPIs, cost optimization)
• Business partnering mindset (not just reporting)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity & scale
• Strong communication & executive presence
