Head of facility management (UATS) Position ID: 50983213 Worker Category: Temps plein, Location: Sousse
Mission :
- Cooperate in identifying and developing proposals for optimization as well as implement derived measures
- Conduct personnel deployment planning and disposition taking into consideration the department goals
- Instruct, promote, motivate and evaluate employees; initiate disciplinary measures as require
- Insure accomplishment of objectives and quality through an efficient use of systems/ processes/ methods
- Administer reporting to depict the current situation including identifying opportunities and risks and derive recommendations for actions within the area of responsibility
- Support in supervising technicians and external service providers/ suppliers
- Conduct resources and deployment planning
- Implement relevant legal regulations (e.g. regarding apprenticeship, etc.)
- Inspect buildings\xe2\x80\x99 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Insure the realization of preventive and curative maintenance of facilities by the team .
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience as a facility manager
- An engineering degree in a related field
- Fluency in english is mandatory
- Good knowledge in the facility legal requirements
- Good knowlegde of MS
