Job Description

A Head Mixologist leads bar operations, focusing on creating innovative cocktails, managing inventory, controlling costs, and training staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of service, creativity, and compliance with health/safety regulations while also handling daily bar tasks like stocking and serving drinks. Key Responsibilities:

Menu & Innovation:

Design unique, seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating new ingredients and techniques, and keeping up with industry trends.

Team Leadership & Training:

Supervise, train, and mentor bar staff on mixology, service standards, product knowledge, and health/safety protocols.

Operations & Inventory:

Manage bar setup, cleanliness, stock levels, ordering, cost control, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety laws.

Guest Experience:

Engage with guests, offer personalized recommendations, and resolve complaints to ensure a memorable visit.

Financials:

Monitor beverage costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to profitability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist. Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and preparation methods. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Creativity, precision, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties (Day-to-Day):

Preparing drinks, garnishes, and maintaining the bar area. Assisting during busy periods, taking orders, and handling payments. Conducting pour tests and ensuring drink consistency. Collaborating with management and kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
