Supervise staff:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.

Customer service:

Ensure a positive guest experience by preparing and serving drinks, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining a visible presence on the floor.

Inventory and cost control:

Manage liquor inventories, track costs, and work to meet budget goals.

Compliance:

Enforce all health, safety, and legal requirements related to alcohol service.

Staff training:

Train new hires on drink recipes, bar procedures, and customer service standards.
Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, often with several years in the food and beverage industry.

Skills:

Strong mixology and beverage preparation skills. Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes, spirits, and garnishes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Inventory management and cost control abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Leadership and staff training abilities.
