Job Description

A Head Mixologist leads bar operations, developing innovative cocktail menus, training staff in mixology and service, managing inventory/costs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining hygiene/compliance while crafting signature drinks and staying ahead of beverage trends to drive revenue and brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

: Design and update seasonal/signature cocktail menus, experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentations, and research beverage trends.

Staff Leadership & Training

: Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders on drink preparation, service standards, product knowledge, and flair; conduct tastings and briefings.

Bar Operations Management

: Oversee daily bar setup, service flow, inventory control, purchasing, costing, and maintenance of bar areas.

Customer Experience

: Provide hands-on service during peak times, engage guests, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to service standards.

Compliance & Control

: Enforce health, safety, and liquor laws; monitor pours, manage costs, and implement loss prevention strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Mixologist. Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and classic/innovative cocktails. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Creativity, problem-solving, and a passion for the craft. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy items.

Key Performance Indicators

Menu innovation and positive customer feedback. Achievement of beverage revenue targets. Team proficiency and adherence to quality/hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
