Purpose:
The incumbent\'s primary responsibility will be to facilitate growth and increase sales by developing a comprehensive marketing plan that will promote brand recognition and help the organization gain a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- He/She will be responsible for marketing & branding, GTM strategy, demand generation, customer acquisition, campaigns, and channel development.
- Making Digital Media Strategies for Allcargo which will increase brand awareness as well as conversion rate optimization across social media platforms
- Would be responsible for supporting all full-time social media Online and Offline reps globally and increasing Inbound Web Leads
- Providing complete web solution of Digital Marketing including Marketing Automation, SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, Web Analytics & reporting, content management, Usability, email marketing, etc. - Managing inside sales team for lead generation and conversion
- Managing Corporate Communications (Internal & External)
- Corporate website: Continuous revamp of the website (design & content) to enable the user-friendly features which connects the website visitor to the relevant content
- Leveraging social media to grow Company Brand Awareness (LinkedIn, Facebook, IT Magazines etc.)
- Communicating the brand story internally to train Sales-Team / Front-ending teams of all products Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post-graduate degree with a confident personality and a pleasing disposition
- Minimum 18 - 20 years in Marketing and Communications - Should have experience in PR & Communication - Experience in B2B Marketing
- Should have worked in a high intensity workplace
- Good business and financial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, smart with strong analytical and presentation skills
