Job Description

The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Execution of Marketing Plan
• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, positioning, and recognition.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance website functionality and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Track marketing metrics and analyse digital data to measure marketing success.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Objective of the Role:

• The main objective of the Marketing head is to oversees all Marketing activities within an organization.
• Responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
• The role will measure marketing performances like campaigns, launches, etc, and track specific metrics to determine their level of success
