Job Description


Marketing Head

- Create a brand and communication strategy

- Translate the brand strategy into tangible marketing mix elements

- Plan the long term and rolling short term marketing calendar

- Plan and build Organization\'s brand properties

- Establish Organization strongly in the mobility ecosystem as the leader through strategic partnerships and initiatives

- Collect insights and needs from consumer and buyer behaviour Functional

- Content management

- Leverage digital presence including websites, social, online reputation

- Brand communication across online and offline

- ATL and BTL activations

- Customer Events

- Sales collaterals, marcomm

- Market research

- Assist HR with collaterals and marketing communication for driver sourcing and recruitment

- Own the end user experiences through innovating and standardizing vehicle, driver and operational levers

- Manage the key operational metrics of marketing performance

- Innovate, make continuous improvements and take new initiatives

- Create awareness and generate demand from prospective enterprise clients

- Design and deliver a fascinating brand experience for buyers, influencers and end-users
