Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant chain and enhance its presence in the market.

2. Responsible for overseeing the digital marketing initiatives

3. Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms to drive customer engagement and increase followership

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities and analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

5. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.

6. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to encourage innovative marketing ideas

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor\'s/Degree degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in marketing management with a Hotel, restaurant or QSR background is a must.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing campaigns.

- Analytical skills to interpret data and trends and make data-driven marketing decisions.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
