Head Marketing - F&B Retail/Restaurants
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marketing function for all brands under company\'s umbrella end to end
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Brand Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Manage, track, report, and present program budgets by channel -campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Requirements and skills:
- MBA or Master\'s degree, preferably in Marketing
- 8+ years of progressive experience working in a marketing role with experience in Digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate, Alliances, Display Ads, Video Advertising, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing) and Offline (ATL, BTL, partnerships, PR and community management) marketing activities
- 2+ years of work experience as Head/VP/GM/Director Marketing, essentially a Marketing Leadership role, within Food & Beverages Retail, Restaurants and/or Hospitality
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing including Social Media Marketing
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
