Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives.Plan and oversee campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.Campaign Management:Lead end-to-end campaign execution including planning, budgeting, rollout, and analysis.Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.Digital Marketing:Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media channels.Monitor web traffic, conversion rates, and performance metrics using analytics tools.Brand Management:Maintain and enhance the brands voice and image across all marketing channels.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.Track competitor activity and suggest improvements.Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing with business goals.Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or external vendors/agencies.Reporting & Optimization:Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness.Adjust strategies based on data insights and market feedback
