: KEY ROLE AREAS As the Head marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our company\'s success by leading our sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and strategically expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve our business objectives. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in establishing our brand as a leader in the agri-tech space. SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with the executive team to set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts. TEAM LEADERSHIP Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize individual and collective performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales department. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Work closely with customers to understand their pain points, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. SALES EXECUTION Lead by example in engaging in strategic sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with key clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and new markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate our value proposition. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partner with the product development team to provide customer insights and feedback, contributing to the enhancement of our products and services. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
