Job Objective
Head -AE leads the engineering team in the delivery of platform functionality through a mix of development software and helps the team in achieving and surpassing departmental goals.Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing engineering strategy .

Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and updating Sales configurator
2. Create, maintain and update Masters for all products
3. Track, monitor and deliver the OTDIF for all milestones in the
project trackers
4. Provides technical support to internal and external customers
5. Attends customer meeting and perform technical clarifications with
customers
6. Guide the teams in preparing and defining documents required for
customer manuals
7. Drives the GAMP5 documentation process for the business unit.
Works with the quality and compliance head to ensure
standardisation of the documents
8. Regularly liaisons with the Project manager to ensure availability of
resources and up to date information around delivery of AE projects
9. Ensures adherence to industry standards and suggests
improvements to the CTO

Key Result Areas
Responsible to lead the multiple portfolios in the dept (Layout
preparation, Pre-sales feasibility & estimation, designing the
customized features, Timely BOM locking & drawing release,
managing the documents on time, handling customer complaints,
driving CAPA, mastering of all product range and inventory
reduction exercises)
