Job Description

Role Purpose



Lay down the strategy and road map for end-to-end warehousing and logistics operations for the OpCo. Manage OpCo's warehouse and logistics operations centrally, ensuring efficient goods movement, inventory accuracy, LSP relations and performance and compliance with HEINEKEN standards while achieving the highest safety, quality, and sustainability targets.



Key Responsibilities



1. Safety & Sustainability


Drive safety and sustainability Identify the main risks associated with warehousing and logistics operations. Increase safety culture and cooperate with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with HEINEKEN's safety and sustainability standards and policies. Regularly audit safety procedures and lead incident prevention efforts

2. Warehouse & Logistics Operations


Define long-term plan and annual plan including objectives, goals and targets for warehousing operation in line with the OpCo logistics strategy. Align resource planning with forecasted volumes and service level requirements (including managing temporary workers for peak season). Lead Logistics planning & execution for inbound/outbound, import/export, for different markets and zones ensuring fill rate compliance. Oversee the execution of all warehouse processes, ensuring timely and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure timely reporting and MIS for all the zones and Units. Bridge high-level alignments between Transport Planning and Warehouse capacities. Coach Site Logistics Managers and Warehouse Supervisors to improve the warehouse process execution. Make strategy and drive execution of the return, storage, and handling of RM/PM, Spare parts and FG. Co-ordinating and liaising with Govt Departments, sales for timely delivery of FG and Stocks.

3. Cost Management


Monitor and analyse warehousing & logistics costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency and improvements. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality. Collaborate with finance to prepare budgets and forecasts.

4. Technology, TPM & Process Improvement


Deploy Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and integrate with ERP/WMS platforms. Drive automation and digital transformation for real-time visibility and optimization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Lead OpCo Logistics Pillar together with OpCo Transport Manager, its strategy and control systems, managing the Pillar Team, resources and improvement team planning Make deployments of outsourced warehouse and transportation activities and suggest improvements in safety, processes and assets. Improve productivity on aspects related effectiveness, capacity, standardization, compliance, safety & quality.

Qualifications & Experience


Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred). 12+ years of experience in transportation management within FMCG or similar high-volume sectors. Proven expertise in TMS, route planning, and cost optimization. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices.
