The Opportunity

Vedanta is looking for

Head of Internal Communications

to lead the design and execution of a group-wide communication strategy that drives employee engagement, fosters a high-performance culture, and aligns our people with Vedanta's vision and values. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and connect employees across all business units. You will lead internal campaigns, leverage digital tools to personalize messaging, manage the company's intranet, and anchor change management during key organizational changes, and create interactive platforms that promote transparency, feedback, and inclusivity.

The Successful Candidate

Proven experience (12+ years) in senior internal communications roles, preferably in large, complex, and diversified organizations. Strong strategic thinking with excellent storytelling and content development skills. Deep understanding of digital communication tools and modern employee engagement practices. Experience managing change communication, crisis communications, and culture-building programs.
