Head - Institutions Development
Education: MBA from a premier institute (IIM/ISB or equivalent). Background in economics/public policy is an added advantage.
Experience:
+ 8-12 years overall, with at least 3-5 years in Market Access within healthcare/pharma.
+ Exposure to pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.
+ Experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing.
Skills:
+ Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
+ Ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
+ Analytical capability with exposure to data-driven decision-making.
* Preferred: Prior consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or experience in commercial excellence roles.
