Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and implement the IT strategy in line with the company\'s overall strategic objectives.
2. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.
3. Ensure that IT systems are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
IT Operations and Management
1. Handle POS systems of all restaurant units and synchronization of the same to provide holistic data
2. Handle other Hospitality Software used in daily operations (BOT, PAX, Alif etc.)
3. Manage the day-to-day IT operations and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
4. Ensure the timely delivery of IT projects within budget and scope.
5. Oversee the management of IT vendors and service providers. Risk Management and Compliance
1. Develop and implement IT risk management and compliance frameworks.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Implement and manage IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organization\'s data and assets. Team Management 1. Provide leadership and management to the IT team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.
2. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards that meet the needs of the business.
