Tata Metaliks is looking for an experienced and passionate HEAD \xe2\x80\x93 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IT to join their team in Kharagpur and Kolkata. Overall target of the position Position is expected to provide leadership direction to manage & implement an IT Strategy that meets current & future business needs. Tasks & Responsibilities: (Key Responsibilities)

- Prepare and align IT strategic plan with the company\'s short term and long term goals
- Understand stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements, and provide effective and workable solutions to support and address needs in timely manner
- Managing CRM / SAP S4 HANA ERP and any other Non-SAP systems. Improvements and enhancement of the existing applications and modules already running; launching and implementing new modules and utilities This includes integration of SAP with Non-SAP system.
- Manage IT infrastructure and connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity; video communication systems etc
- Location: Kharagpur, Kolkata
- 15 to 20 Years into Same Profile
- BE in Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or MCA degree from an accredited institution.

- 15 yrs into Same Profile: 10 years (Required)
- Good English (Required)
- Good Hindi (Required)
- BE in Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering (Required)
- or MCA degree from an accredited institution (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge SAP S4 HANA , (Required)
- Databases &programming such as Angular .net, Java etc. (Required)
- have You Managed an IT team (Required)
- Work exp of not less than 15 years in similar position. (Required)
- Are You From West Bengal (Preferred)
- Comfortable with location Kolkata or Kharagpur (Required)
- Comfortable with the ctc 17 - 20 lacs (Required)
