Mandatory Skills :

- Must be at a leadership position in system

- Must know IT Application & Infrastructure technical know-how, Project Management and Vendor Management, Data Management and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Information Security

- Excellent communication skills

- Pleasing personality

Responsibilities :

1. This role is responsible to head IT department of India market along with Global exposure & support it application and infrastructure development with the objective of end user support, data center and cloud management, service delivery management, project management and architecture updates and maintenance in order to create optimum it service delivery landscape for the business while adhering to overall financial budget for it organization in alignment with overall annual business plan, organizational priorities and defined processes.

2. IT Service Delivery Management for Apps & for Infra

3. Lead the development of critical Service Level Agreement (SLAs) for new applications and infrastructure support, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle to maintain quality and efficiency

4. Define and implement relevant KPIs and metrics within the service delivery framework to ensure robustness and reliability of the service delivery for both applications and infrastructure

5. Ensure IT service delivery is constantly aligned with the business expectations, facilitating seamless operations and strategic growth

6. IT Project Management

7. IT Architecture Upgrades & Maintenance

8. Vendor Selection & Management

9. IT Shared Services
