Head Hr Business Partner + Talent Acquisition Saas (5 10 Yrs)
Job Description
We are hiring for HR Lead role for a Series A funded SaaS startup based in Gurgaon.- Managing the recruitment and selection process.- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.- Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.- Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.- Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.- Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.- Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable.- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.- Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.- Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
