Description:Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and maintenance of all landscaping across the hotel premises.
• Develop seasonal planting schedules and implement floral displays that enhance guest experience and brand aesthetics.
• Supervise and train a team of gardeners and landscaping staff to ensure high horticultural standards.
• Manage pest control, irrigation systems, and soil health to ensure plant vitality.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement of plants, equipment, and landscape enhancements.
• Ensure all horticultural practices are environmentally sustainable and compliant with local regulations.
• Work closely with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams to support special events, floral decor, and green initiatives.
• Prepare and manage annual landscaping budgets, including cost control and resource optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain grooming standards of all green zones.

• Masters degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field.
• Minimum 710 years of horticulture/landscaping experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or commercial landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of native and exotic plant species, seasonal variations, and garden design.
• Hands-on experience with landscape tools, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Eye for detail, creativity, and passion for sustainability.
• Excellent planning, communication, and vendor management abilities.
