Head - Ecommerce Marketplace | JC 1148

: As a Head - Ecommerce Marketplace - You will manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships to
achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brands online presence, identify new e-commerce
trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
Job profile:
 Drive entire Profit and Loss of the eCommerce business.
 Formulate D2C Marketplace Strategies, develop sales plan and monitor growth and conduct periodic
sales review.
 Managing and allocation of the D2C marketing budget, while achieving ROI optimisation.
 Managing/ appointing human resources throughout the vertical for efficient management
 Identify potential automation opportunities in operational activities to achieve efficiency and
productivity gains; ensuring that the mundane and predictable becomes automated, so the team can
focus on more productive pieces.
 Setting up end to end processes for all online departments as per best industry
 Identify opportunities for growth within existing e-commerce accounts.
 Define and implement e-commerce and marketing strategies.
 Responsible for managing product development in line within future listing opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

7+ years of E-commerce experience with marketplaces platforms.
 Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content
management systems and processes
 Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
 Strong project management and analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.

 Experience in D2C or e-commerce industry is Mandatory
