Job Description

The Head - Global IT Service Assurance will oversee the management and delivery of IT service assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in technology to ensure seamless IT operations globally.

• Lead and manage global IT service assurance operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to IT service management frameworks and standards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery effectiveness.
