Videojet\'s full printer and supplies portfolio includes continuous ink jet, laser, thermal transfer, drop-on-demand ink jet and thermal inkjet printers and print and apply labelers.Purpose of this Position: This position is to strengthen the portfolio for Financial analysis and build a robust Financial Planning and budgeting process for the company to help India management team in delivering its objectives and to ensure 100% Compliance of Accounting guidelines as per various GAAP and Corporate policies and all Audits. The position will be responsible for generating Financial reports, do a qualitative analysis at various organizational levels, work with functional leaders to identify root causes and countermeasures for variances, prepare a standard work to strengthen the processes, Identify the opportunities through various growth drives to help the leadership team to set rightful target for the month and year. This position will also be responsible to ensure 100% compliance of accounting guidelines as per various GAAP and Corporate policies of Revenue recognition and Lease commercials . Primary Responsibilities: Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods to ascertain root causes of variances and provide support in determining actionable countermeasures Maintain a sound business forecast and review process to ensure predictability of financial results Raise early warning signals highlighting business risks based on trend and lead indicators and work with functional heads in identifying countermeasures and opportunities to mitigate those risks Prepare standard monthly commercial operations review deck for India in close coordination with other functional leaders providing insights on business issues and drivers Provide decision making and business support to the India business leaders and act as their business partner, providing ideas and suggestions to achieve the business goals. Support annual planning process following standard budgeting process Support India business strategy by providing sound financial & business analysis and inputs on business growth drivers Create standard work for various analysis done across all functions in the organization and strengthen monthly and weekly forecasting process Work with oracle team to develop necessary reports required to prepare a various analytical report to reduce manual work. To provide necessary training and guidance to cross functional team on Data analysis To provide necessary support during Statutory Audit and Internal Audit with analytical information 100% Compliance as per various GAAP and Corporate accounting policies of Revenue and Lease. Implementation of Corporate guidelines on Revenue recognition, Sales type lease, Operating lease etc. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 8-10 years of post-qualification experience with minimum 3-4 years in MNC set-up in similar role Good analytical skills Good understanding of business dynamics and provide critical heads up based on Financial data Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and power point Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, Indian Companies Act Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Good knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and also of HFM Skill to manage and train people within function and cross function Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Very High in integrity and compliance.
