About the role:
Manage the team of BPA Subject Matter Experts and BPA Business Partners in NOCC TechOps HY. Identifies and develops key talents for the team and works in a way that positively engages the support of sponsors and stakeholders using change management, problem solving, proactive communication and influencing skills. Pro-actively supports the collaboration and alignment between the TechOps BPA team in Hyderabad, the TechOps Finance team in the NOCC in Slovenia and the Site Close Proximity Finance Teams. Support and drive implementation of standardization project in collaboration with TechOps BPA Slovenia and PMO. Responsible for all planning and expense controlling activities within the NOCC TechOps & QOP & supporting set-up of any new functions for TechOps in NOCC Hyderabad.
Key Requirements:

  • To lead all Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities related to the TechOps domains. Strategic Planning: Provides high level of visibility on financial and operational performance to all Function Heads through monthly discussions, to support and enable cost efficiency improvements & drive transparency in financials
  • Ensures cost-effectiveness and productivity improvement through standardization and optimization of finance processes. Leads and develops direct and indirect reports (selection, evaluation, development). Facilitates communication with all stakeholders.
  • Controlling: Responsible for headcount, PCE and investments at NOCC TechOps Hyderabad. Responsible for target deviations and implementing corrective actions when needed. Prepares, challenges and ensures achievement of Budget and LE\'s
  • Measures and analyses achievements on a monthly basis. Responsible for management of SLA tool and invoicing of all NOCC TechOps, QOP and QLS functions across locations. Accounting / Compliance: Ensures reliability and correctness of the data contained in financial statements.
  • Performs (or triggers) local compliance reviews (for all NFCM controls where control owners). Supports the development of \xe2\x80\x9cExecutive Information Systems\xe2\x80\x9d on an ongoing basis, supports simplification and effectiveness of reporting processes
  • Works on specific projects as lead or guide. Implements continuous improvement and breakthrough changes to systems and processes which significantly impact cost efficiency of financial processes
Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
  • Adherence to targets (PCE, HC, investments, customer service). Constantly drive reduction of total spend and deliver on neutral Op Inc. Quality and timeliness of analytics, insights, recommendations, and presentations
  • Proactive management and communication of issues; no surprises. Improvement of cost efficiency & productivity of the Finance BPA team. Success of talent management in the Finance function.
Desirable Requirements:
  • University Degree (Master or higher) in Finance & Accounting or similar business degree/MBA desirable. Chartered Accountant or similar
  • +15 years of finance experience within pharmaceutical/consumer goods industry at country and HQ levels
  • Relevant financial experience in various areas (Controlling/BPA, Reporting). Excellent analytical skills to foster a constructive, yet challenging dialogue
  • Demonstrates clear leadership skills in driving business results, processes across units to influence others across units/geographies. Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial and relevant data
  • Shows strong sense of urgency in solving problems, getting work done, also through others in his/her coordination role. Maturity to deal with matters of confidentiality and sensitivity and work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate across matrix organization. Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (R3/BW/FICO)
