Job Description
We have an urgent opening for our client company. Responsibilities: The incumbent will act as a key member of Plant/ Unit ManCom and work towards unlocking true potential of RPL. Provide leadership in designing and executing business strategies to ensure delivery of all business goals as per set targets. Financial planning, modelling, implementation and running of all financial activities including Business planning, budgeting, MIS, and Costing Play a critical role in generating free cash flow, gross working capital and revenue. Ensure return on investments for all strategic projects and assets. Treasury controls and enhanced MAS rating. Ensure leadership pipeline development and grooming. Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance & transparent reporting and managing business risk. Strong focus on digitalization & benchmarking with Global Best Practice Organization. Qualification: CA with first attempt with minimum 5+ years of work experience Location: Silvassa Technical Skills (Essential) Financial planning, modelling, implementation and running of all financial activities including Business planning, budgeting, MIS, and Costing Plant Exp is must Exp in generating free cash flow, gross working capital and revenue is required.
