Job Summary This position is responsible for successful implementation of our program and product strategy focused around farmer collective in India. This position will report to Director \xe2\x80\x93 Program & D2FO and will ensure delivery of the initiative in a timely manner and as per the strategic vision of the organization. Responsibilities and Duties Development of Implementation Framework

  • Lead the development of programmatic implementation framework aligned with the objective of the solution offering for farmer collectives
  • Align the program design for successful implementation and adoption of product to develop and execute data enabled business plan design
  • Ensure inclusion on gender and climate sensitivity in all programmatic design in collaboration with the thematic experts
  • Design for scale up
Ensuring Programmatic success
  • Oversee implementation of ongoing interventions across states of India
  • Ensure that deliverables are met on time and aligned with success metrices agreed upon
  • Managing monthly level reporting of progress of planned intervention and weekly track of activities
  • Ensuring team members are adhering to agreed timeline and deliverables
  • Overall account management at the RI level and with onboarded partner or ecosystem players
Manage partnerships
  • Manage working relationships with the partners like Resource institutes, ecosystem players and other agencies with whom digital green is working
  • Ensure that partners are contributing in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon
  • Manage internal partnership with state teams, who will be leading the program is their respective states to ensure the overall progress of the program is in line with the objectives and success metrices
Communications and Reporting
  • Ensure consistent communication cadence in between various teams and within the team ensuring that all stakeholders are updated about the progress of the project/program
  • Ensure learning and experiences from the ground are captured well and is communicated with the program as well as the product team
  • Publish a monthly calendar of program plan and establish a weekly review of the same
Key Performance Indicators
  • Development and institutionalization of D2FO implementation Framework across programs
  • Partnership management with resource institutes and other ecosystem players involved in programmatic implementation
  • Delivery of D2FO program as per the timeline and as per desired outcomes
  • Evaluate effectiveness of program on an ongoing basis and ensure improvement in the implementation
  • Ensuring gender and climate are an integral part of our programs
  • Ensuring observations from ground is captured well and on regular frequency and learnings are shared with the product and other internal teams
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate / Post Graduation in Agriculture
  • 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of relevant work experience in agriculture/agtech sector
  • Experience in working with farmer collectives and understanding of the rural ecosystem
  • Understanding of digital product and tools in the rural context
  • Excellent rapport building with stakeholders and understanding of their needs
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders both at partners level as well as field levels
  • Must have managed multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Must have knowledge about digital products in rural areas
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Willing to travel both domestically and internationally

  • Innovation and Creativity: Be pro-active in finding new ideas in training dissemination platforms especially in dynamic social media
  • Result orientation: Understands the demands of the training vertical, has an ability to respond to the last minute demands and urgent tasks related to training deliveries, provides support and exhibits a problem-solving attitude.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures that all the training materials follow global standards and contains updated information at all times.
  • Developing People: Builds a high performing training team that meets training objectives of DG; ensures the team works efficiently with other teams in a fast paced environment
