Office Location: Position description: : Head design and engineering (Head D&E) - General Manager reporting to :: COO (EEPC) Must have strong indepth technical design and engineering understanding of Transmission lines, (HV), Metro Projects, Civil Projects, Rural and Urban Electrification Projects. Drive the engineering for all projects across the organisation, through the engineering co-ordinators designated for each project.

  Identify & implement value engineering initiatives during the detailed engineering stage.

• 
  Ensure timely execution of engineering activities as per project timelines.

• 
  Co-ordinate with and efficiently manage client expectations for each project.

• 
  Co-ordinate with external stakeholders, especially engineering specialists & agencies if any, for timely completion of deliverables & tasks as planned.

• 
  Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including the procurement & construction teams to ensure consistent understanding throughout the project team of the technical requirements for different scope of work.

• 
  Manage all engineering documentation required throughout the project lifecycle.

• 
  Support the execution teams on any technical challenges in this respect by effective problem-solving approach.

• Preparation of feeder and LT diagrams and submitting to client as per specification
• Ensuring the implementation of quantity Management process at site and maintain quality standard of works.
• Assist with Clients for Finalization of survey Drawings
• Reconciliation of works as per the quantities of various materials used.
• Preparation of billing quantity for Sub-contractor billing work
• Conducting meeting with junior staff regarding progress and resolving their progress
• Coordination with procurement/ store team for timely mobilization of materials & machinery for the work.
