Any Graduate with 12 Years of (C) Position Summary:
  • To collaborate, communicate & coordinate with customers & cross function team to achieve common goal of \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Satisfaction\xe2\x80\x9d. Take complete ownership of allocated order for execution & timely dispatch.

1 Manager - CCD CFT Marketing-Head) for to achieve highest satisfaction through appropriate actions. Ensure Order Acceptances are submitted on Client immediately
2 after CRM Kick Start the project with Order acceptance Manager - CCD CFT Coordinate with Actuator Supplier for Documentation Timely acquire actuator documents from
3 Manager - CCD CFT Supplier, Submit to client, get approvals.
Customer\'s Technical queries are resolved & approvals are acquired 4 for all orders. On time approvals Manager - CCD CCD Team Updating shipping register & ensure submission of dispatch Recording all shipment details as per format
5 intimations Manager - CCD CCD Team & inform client about shipment Ensure ERP transmittal sheet & DCC is updated All documentation status is all time updated
6 Manager - CCD CFT & CCD Team in ERP.
Inspection, dispatch clearances & transportation arrangements are Acquire confirmation to inspections 7 done & informed to operation by team member. Manager - CCD CFT schedules & despatch plans Customer feedbacks & suggesting improvements:
Ensure feedback forms are sent and acquired back from customer Getting feedback from client for executed 8 Manager - CCD CCD Team on half yearly basis. orders in last 6 months Suggest internal improvements to team based on past learnings/experience, feedbacks from clients or other external Submit case study to CCD head on regular 9 Manager - CCD CCD Team agencies. basis to formally share with CFT. 10 Maintain records for audit. Feedback Analysis Manager - CCD CCD Team To achieve the roganization, department & individual goals Ensure compliances and achievement of
11 (Objectives) business targets along with customer Manager - CCD CCD Team satisfaction Authorized to raise issues and pursue till closure on behalf of
12 customers. Authorized to monitor the progress of allotted order & raise alarms
13 in case of anticipated delay due to internal/external reasons. (F) Skills :
