Job Description

This role leads procurement and contractor management for high-end residential projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely execution. It owns the full lifecycle-from sourcing materials and vendors to contractor performance, billing, and ERP-led processes.

• Lead end-to-end procurement of construction materials, finishes, interiors, furniture, and FF&E
• Build, onboard, and manage a large pool of civil, MEP, finishing, and interior contractors
• Own contractor governance including allocation, performance tracking, RA billing, and payments
• Drive cost optimization through negotiations, rate contracts, and value engineering
• Ensure ERP-led execution for work orders, billing, approvals, and audit compliance
• Work closely with Project, Design, and Finance teams to align execution with budgets and timelines
• Build and lead a high-performing procurement and contracts team

• 15-18+ years of experience in contracts & commercial / procurement leadership roles
• Strong exposure to luxury real estate, premium residential, EPC, or high-end interiors
• Hands-on experience with contractor management, RA billing, BOQs, and work orders
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Farvision, SAP, or Oracle
• Execution-focused leader with strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management skills
