Job Description

The Head Contracting will be responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects related to the business. This role is based in Delhi and requires expertise in managing complex contracts within the Infrastructure industry

• Manage and oversee all contractual matters related to business operations in Delhi.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice on contract-related issues.
• Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks effectively.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on contract management processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documentation.

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in law or a related field and at-least 15 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing contracts within the infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify risks effectively.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools
