Job Profile: Head construction
Pre-Execution stage:
1. To study all projects drawings including architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.
2. Coordinate with all external consultants for detail and seamless drawings for execution.
3. In house Co-ordination with management team for finalization of architectural layouts, submission drawings, structural & MEP drawings.
4. To maintain MIS of drawing records for projects from Schematic layout, design development, tender drawings & VFC.
5. To check and comment all BOQs and quantities received from various consultants.
6. To prepare comparatives of Quotes received from respective vendors for finalization of contract.
7. Maintain day to day activities at site during pre-execution stage.
8. He/she shall be aware of working BOQs of all items including civil, structural, MEP, etc.
Execution Stage: 1. To maintain MIS of drawing records for projects from Schematic layout, design development, tender drawings & VFC.
2. Co-ordinate between external consultants & execution team for execution on site issues.
3. Track the requirements of VFC drawings for architectural, structural & MEP and co-ordinate with external consultants to issue the same as per agreed schedule.
4. Day to Day site coordination for execution and to resolve site related issues on daily basis.
5. To maintain quality of work at site from appointed vendors.
6. To practice EHS issues seamlessly at site.
7. Day to day planning & execution of construction activities with MIS reports to be send to Management on daily basis.
8. Construction material & store management with MIS reports on daily basis.
9. Manpower / Labour management on daily basis.
10. Track project progress with overall schedule of project completion on timely basis. Age:- Age between 45-50 years
Compensation? 24L & above (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate)
Education: BE Civil + Masters from NICMAR or equivalent Institute
Desired Candidate Profile: Should have 18-20 years of experience in Industrial/Warehousing/Commercial spaces .Have worked extensively in real estate construction in organization of repute and can work on multiple projects at a time. Have excellent communication and project management skills. Reporting Authority: Reporting to Director
