Roles :1. Ensure that all revenue targets which have been agreed with management are not only achieved but also exceeded 2. Ensuring that all relationships allocated are maintained and grow their business with the organization at a rate of __% year on year. Also to personally visit each relationship client at least once in every week irrespective whether they have a brief or not. 3. Ensuring that every client brief is understood clearly and each proposal presented is perfect in every aspect so that closure is achieved. Coordinating with all internal departments for support in logistics/costs/creatives and ensuring that only appropriate material is passed on to client after proper quality checks and due diligence. 4. Making a proper SOP/checklist and handing it over to operations 5. To mentor and guide your team and ensure that he/she develops his/her client retention, client acquisition and presentation making skills.Responsibilities :1. Strategic point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships with them2. Work with the team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients.3. Mentor and develop his/her team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work. 4. Create an effective process and information flow between client servicing team and other disciplines.5. Contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities & initiatives.6.
