Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Were seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef R&D to lead our culinary innovation in a cloud kitchen setup, with a strong background in bakery (croissants, breads) and proven team leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and test innovative recipes, especially in bakery (croissants, artisan breads, dough-based items).Lead and manage the R&D kitchen teamxe2x80x94train, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.Collaborate with operations to scale recipes for delivery and maintain quality.Standardize recipes and establish SOPs for consistency.Monitor food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.Conduct taste trials and incorporate feedback for continual improvement.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role(preferable)Expertise in bakery and pastry, including croissants, artisan breads, and fermentation techniques.Strong organizational and people-management skills.Willingness to work in a cloud kitchen model.Comfortable working from Hyderabad or Kolkata (flexible based on preference).Excellent communication and documentation skills.What We Offer:xe2x82xb930,000/month salaryESOP (Equity) optionsComfortable and collaborative work environmentFreedom to lead R&D and shape the culinary identityOpportunity to work with a fast-growing food-tech brand
