Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the menu and standards. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet expectations. Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during peak hours. Assist with menu planning, development of new recipes, and cost control. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
