Role Overview



We are looking for a passionate and creative

Head Chef

with deep expertise in Pan Asian cuisine to lead culinary operations across our kitchens. This role requires strong menu innovation skills, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure consistency, quality, and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Excellence & Innovation



Lead menu development and innovation across Pan Asian categories - including sushi, poke bowls, donburi, gyoza, and Korean small plates and others. Standardize recipes and ensure consistency across locations Incorporate seasonal and locally available ingredients while staying true to authentic flavors

Kitchen Leadership



Lead and manage kitchen team at multiple outlets Train and upskill commis chefs, sushi chefs, and prep staff on hygiene, knife skills, and cooking techniques Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards

Operations & Cost Management



Monitor food cost, portion control, inventory levels, and wastage Work closely with procurement for sourcing high-quality ingredients at optimal pricing Implement kitchen efficiency techniques and cost-effective production models

Brand Building



Collaborate for launches, seasonal menus, and customer engagement events Represent the brand in pop-ups, food festivals, or chef collaborations when required

Qualifications & Skills



Formal culinary education (Hotel Management or Culinary Arts) preferred Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Deep expertise in Pan Asian cuisines: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Hawaiian Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI norms, and kitchen safety protocols Creative, high-energy, and quality-driven with strong attention to detail Excellent leadership and team management skills
